What program you using to watch the dvd? Windows Media Player? What decoder are you using? Is the DVD one that is burned or bought? Will the dvd work in other players?

By a different player i mean your sure the dvd plays by trying in a standard dvd player connected to a tv.

If you are just trying to play in Windows Media Player you can go to Windows update webpage and make sure you have the latest updates.

If you have the latest player, 11 I believe, you have a better chance.

This is a link to a free dvd player you can download if you cant get Windows Media Player to work.
